- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Customer service exemplified!!! Andy and Mary are the epitome of quality service representatives. From the moment you walk in the door/speak to them on the phone they effuse the golden rule - that is they treat you they wish to be treated!! In an era where most folks treat their customers as a number, both Andy and Mary remember that they are where they are because of their customers. After many years of difficulties of moving from one apartment complex to the next and having to jump through the red tape of updating my policy to reflect such, I switched from my current Allstate agent (Jerry Grey Agency) to Andy Owens - what a complete 180!!! From the moment I spoke to Mary about what I was trying to do she went above and beyond to get everything squared away and they really excel at communication!!!
