I have taken my puppy here since we got her. We noticed she had a large bulge coming from her stomach and called and got an appointment that same day at 2 pm. The vet "Dr Hurley" a woman saw her, didn't even look at her stomach just felt it, and said it was just an allergic reaction and to give her one Benadryl. We told her we thought she should look at it more but she said "she was sure". 12 hours later at 2 am our sweet puppy was having emergency surgery because the bulge was a huge infected abscess from where she had been spayed. The emergency vet couldn't believe the vet from banfield thought it was an allergic reaction and said if we waited any longer, our puppy would have died. Because of banfield, the infection got worse and if we had waited and believed what the vet said, we would have lost our dog. And we also had to pay a $600 emergency vet bill thanks to them. Don't take your dogs here.

My brother in-law took his dog to this pet hotel for the weekend. When he got her back he noticed she wasn't eating. After taking her to the vet he found out her tooth was cracked vertically all of the way through her tooth to the root thus having to be pulled. No one could determine what actually happened at the hotel. The vet even said she had to have been hit by something, because if it was from her chewing on her crate it would have been cracked horizontally. After contacting the manager and corporate office they determined it wasn't their problem. Our pets can not tell us what goes on when we are not around, so we must trust professionals to take care of them whenever we must leave them. These "professionals" allowed the dog to be injured and then had the audacity to say it wasn't their problem. Who knows what actually happened, but we will not allow our pets to be exposed to this kind of treatment again. If you love your pet as one of your family members then do not leave them here. Find someone you can trust.

  • They're ALWAYS excited to see Riley when we come in. They are very very patient with her being scared when we first get there. They always get her to come around though. This will be the clinic that we go to forever!! Def recommend that you take your pet there..
