  If only I could give a lower rating than one star... I was running late today to my sons circumcision appointment and called to let Cornerstone pediatric know. They informed me that they would not be able to see us since I was running late and they could not reschedule the appointment even though I had already paid. If you are looking to make an appointment DO NOT pay in advance. They are refusing to see my son period and I will not receive my refund for 30 days as I am told. This would not be the worst thing that had ever happened to me if they had been some what polite about the situation and understand it's difficult to be exactly on time when you have a two year old and an infant. Even if you run your business in this manner and allow zero room for tardiness be polite to the customers that make it possible for you to make a living. Never been treated like a lesser human being before today. They were never once remorseful or offered a solution to me and my family besides a short "I don't know what to tell you, we can't help you." I don't normally write reviews, this is probably the first ever, what I have described doesn't begin to describe the rudeness and disconnect that this establishment has projected to my family. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any business in my life.
