- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We submitted our insurance to them before our first visit. They never mentioned that they don't contract with our insurance. Our insurance has 100% coverage for preventative care, yet we were being asked to pay a bill every time we went in. They never bothered say anything until we asked why we were having to pay at every visit. Only then did they share that they didn't actually contract with our insurance. Would have been nice to know up front! Other dental practices that I called were honest and let us know this information before making an appointment. The staff and dentists were nice, but they definitely try to sell you on unnecessary procedures. They suggested additional procedures every time my husband and I went in, even though they knew we were just there for preventative care. Their prices for cavities and other procedures also seemed quite high compared to what we're paying now.February 13, 2017by Amy Unruh
