  Dr. Tyner and his staff has to be the worst I have ever seen. Very unprofessional and no one is on the same page. I went their for a revision and they were so off with the process. The operations director should be fired she doesn't have a clue about being in management. I had a series of test and the guy that submits the paperwork to blue cross and blue shield took forever to call me (3 weeks) then he asks me did I do blood work and I asked what blood work. He said that I should have kept up with the process. This was on June 28th. I did me series of test within the building on the 30th of may and no one communicate other things to do. They only explained how they would write the info to BCBS to get approval. Be professional and stop playing with patients time and money. Remember we pay you for a service. Dr. Tyner is the only Dr. I have ever see that you can't get in contact with and the assistant is worthless. I will also send BCBS and review on this doctor and Ortho.
