- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going here for a long time, but my final straw was today. My pharmacy notifies me saying my doctor has denied me a prescription refill. I call the office and they tell me they need my records from a different specialist. I have my specialist fax it over and expect the issue to be solved. When I come back from my work trip, it still has not been taken care of. Now, I have to come in for a physical they say. I was in the office the 26th of May and nobody mentioned a thing about needing one. Also, they don't take faxes now so there is no record of them sending it. Finally, I am so frustrated that they agree to a month of my medication...why was this not the first solution?!
