  Been going here since they opened. Use to see Ken Lake, whom I had been seeing for 20 years, since the Kaiser days. This practice has gone down hill. The care in "healthcare" is fading away. Their cancellation policy has become more draconian. It's ok to charge someone $100 for cancelling, but they can take people to the back 15 minutes after their appointment time, make you wait another 30 minutes before a doctor comes in, see the doctor for less than 5 mins. Wait another 15 minutes for someone to come back and give to you or confirm your prescriptions. Apparently their time is worth something, but mine is not. On top of that, one of my previous visits, I was told I was gonna be put on a certain prescription, and they failed to send it in. Oh, and I've been waiting for days for them to respond to the pharmacy request to refill a prescription I need before leave town for a month (clock is ticking). And I have a bill I need to pay, but can't ever get nothing but voice mail when trying to call and pay my bill over the phone. Maybe coz the bill isn't paid they are witholding my prescription refill? BTW, I've never had a problem with Dr. Hamad for treatment, and a couple of the other staff. The only reason I've been going there is the long history I've had with them. It's hard to let go and move on, I suppose.
